Wednesday, Feb. 22. High School Youth Group: Ash Wednesday Service. The youth are eating downstairs together, and then we’ll be coming up to the sanctuary to participate with everyone in the Ash Wednesday service.

Friday, Feb. 24-Sunday, Feb. 26. Middle School Spring Hill winter retreat.

Wednesday, Feb. 29. High School Youth Group: UNITE! We’ll join the middle school group and go to UNITE, a community youth group night hosted by Bay Pointe Community Church.

This Month we are supporting the Mission Trip to supply The City of Refuge Children’s Home with shoes.

On June 23, 2011, First Congregational Church (FCC) will send 30 men, women and high school students to the Blue Mountains of Jamaica to The City of Refuge Children’s Home where there is an orphanage built in an old resort. We will wash their feet just as Jesus did for the disciples, and put new shoes on their feet.  We need your support. Click here for more information.

Children from 1st grade and up are invited to participate with a parent or another adult. The class will include age appropriate Bible study, group discussion and design, and painting of large wall posters! It is a great way for families to spend quality time together and learn together while having fun. Please call the church office for details and to sign up—space is limited.
